 Downloads – Theme Editor
Four Winds 2.0 supports user-defined themes (alternative graphics and
sounds). Theme Editor is a free utility that facilitates
creating new themes. While you need a bitmap editor (like Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, Corel PhotoPAINT or even Windows
Paint) to create the actual
graphics , Theme Editor lets you access the graphic elements easily,
allows you to specify colors visually for most of the user interface elements, and creates and
installs the themes to be used in Four Winds 2.x.
Note: Theme Editor is created with Visual Basic 6.0 and requires
a runtime module. This comes with the above listed basic setup package.
(The earlier setup packages found on this site did not include all needed
system files so if your installation of Four Winds Theme Editor failed,
please download the new setup package.)

can download the mere update.
