If rounding is enabled on the Extra Payments and Rounding option page (under the Scoring section in the category tree of the Preferences dialog box), the points are rounded off or up to nearest ten before and/or after doubles (for the latter, points can be rounded off or up to nearest hundred, as well), and either before or after adding the final payment doubles.

Traditionally, including the default European Classical rules, the points are rounded off to nearest ten after the doubles (but before adding the final payment doubles).
